Not only has Brian been a key player as a personal trainer, but he has also become a personal friend. I've worked alongside Brian close to a year and have been a friend for many years now. His skills and leadership make him such a great friend and trainer! He has a huge heart and puts his soul, sweat, and tears into the things he cares about and is passionate for. I trusted Brian so much after seeing his work ethic in helping me expand my own knowledge for personal training. He was not only there to help me grow my clientele in the workforce, but he was also there as a friend during a very tough time. Brian turned into my 'brother' and I know he has the best interest at heart for his clients!

I have always been intimidated by gyms. After meeting with Brian for my consult, I could tell that he would work with me to help me overcome my fear. I worked with Brian for several months. During that time, he pushed me to reach goals I never thought I'd ever reach. He kept me motivated and never gave up on me! The workouts were custom fit for my level and gave me a whole new level of confidence that I never thought I could have! Not only did he help me, but also my own mother. I could see a change in her confidence every single day after her workouts! She still continues to work out utilizing tips and workouts that Brian incorporated for her. Brian was the first trainer I ever had. A friend and I started going together to keep eachother accountable. We both had different goals in mind, and Brian adjusted our workouts to make it achievable and fun for us both! When trying to make up excuses, Brian would stay on me to keep it up! He made every workout a challenge and each week, I watched myself getting stronger and more motivated to work out! He was fun, yet strict and never let me slack! He designed workouts that completely suited me. Even after I was done training with Brian, he would still check in on me and answer any questions I still had to help tweak this or that with my workouts!
